Our fine spirits and liqueurs can be enjoyed either neat or in many other creative ways. They invite you, as do the essences, to be experimental – at the cocktail bar, and in the kitchen.

Einfach GIN TONIC

The classic.
Just combine Einfach Gin with your favorite tonic water, a splash of fresh lime juice, and garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary for that special touch.

Einfach GIN SOUR

Fresh and fizzy:
Just mix Einfach Gin with lemon juice, sugar syrup, and a splash of soda water. Shake well and serve over ice.

Einfach GIN & GRAPEFRUIT COLLINS

A refreshing twist:
Simply mix Einfach Gin with fresh grapefruit juice, a splash of sugar syrup, and soda water. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and rosemary for a bittersweet, fizzy delight.

Einfach GIN & GINGER BEER

Looking for some spice?
Simply combine Einfach Gin with ginger beer, add a splash of lime juice, and garnish with fresh mint. The perfect cocktail for gin fans who enjoy a little kick.

Einfach GIN & ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ

For a touch of floral sweetness:
Simply enjoy Einfach Gin with elderflower syrup, a splash of lime juice, and sparkling water over ice.
Garnish with a cucumber slice for the ultimate refreshing kick.

Einfach GIN & BASIL SMASH

For herb enthusiasts:
Add a few fresh basil leaves to a shaker, then simply add Einfach Gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
Shake well and serve over ice.
The fresh basil gives the drink a wonderfully aromatic note.

Quadro Nuevo

5 cl Quadro Nuevo Rhubarb Aperitif
2 cl Coeur d'Orange Orange-Liqueur Organic1 cl freshly pressed lime juice
Orange peel

Shake the ingredients and pour into a highball glass on ice cubes. Decorate with fresh orange peel and coriander or mint.

MO'S GIMLET

5 cl MoGin
5 cl freshly pressed lime juice
5 cl liquid sugar (sugar
and water in a ratio of 1:1,
boil and leave to cool.)


Shake ingredients and serve over ice cubes in a champagne glass. If the ingredients are very cold, you can serve it without ice in a pre-chilled glass. Garnish with a lavender flower.

EGGNOG SHOT

2 cl Dwersteg Egg-Liqueur Organic Naturland
1 Espresso

Pour over a spoon so as to form layers. Possibly add milk froth or grated chocolate or both. If possible shortly preheat the Egg Liqueur in a dish bathed in warm water.

Anna Colada

4 cl Aunt Anna´s
2 cl Oranic Wheat Grain
2 cl Pineapple Juice
4 cl Ice-cold Coconut Milk

Shake ingredients vigorously, serve
with ice cubes and pomegranate
seeds or fresh pineapple.

Schoko Martini

2.5 cl Organic Chocolate Creme Liqueur
4.5 cl Pax Vodka
2.5 cl Fresh Espresso

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a coffee bean.

Espresso Martini

4.5 cl Organic Café Liqueur
2.5 cl Pax Vodka
2.5 cl Fresh Espresso

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a coffee bean.

Grain Martini

5 cl Organic Wheat Grain
2 cl Dwersteg’s Vermouth Blanc
100 ml Tonic Water

Pour wheat grain and vermouth over ice cubes into a martini glass, top up with tonic water, and garnish with a lemon zest.

AMARO LEMON

3 cl Amaro Kräuter Liqueur Organic
3 cl Limoncello Lemon Liqueur Organic

Shake ingredients and pour over ice cubes in a long drinks glass. Garnish with fresh lemon peel and mint.

FRESH ORANGE

2 cl Coeur d'Orange Orange-Liqueur Organic
4 cl Papagayo Organic White Rum
10 cl Orange juice

Shake ingredients and pour over ice cubes in a long drinks glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.

RED KISS

4 cl Dwersteg Aged Brandy Organic
2 cl  Organic Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur
2 cl  Organic Almond-Liqueur
2 cl lemon
10 cl Currant Nectar

Shake ingredients and pour over ice cubes into a long drinks glass. Garnish with fresh fruit.

TROPICAL SPLASH

2 cl Organic Almond-Liqueur
2 cl Coeur d'Orange Orange-Liqueur Organic
4 cl Papagayo Organic White Rum
2 cl Fresh lemon juice
10 cl Guava nectar

Shake ingredients and pour over ice cubes in a long drink glass. Garnish with fresh fruit.

Amaretto Sour

5 cl Organic Almond Liqueur
3 cl Lemon Juice
3 cl Orange Juice
Ice Cubes

Shake the ingredients and pour over ice cubes into a long drink glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.

LEMON BRUT

2 cl Limoncello Lemon Liqueur Organic
10 cl Sparkling dry white wine, Cava Brut, Prosecco oder Champagne

Serve in a champagne glass and garnish with lemon zest and mint.

ROSE BLOSSOM PUNCH

15 cl Damask Rose Blossom Liqueur
1 Bottle of sparkling dry white wine
1 Bottle of fruity white wine

Add fresh fruits such as raspberries, strawberries or white peaches.

Vermouth Cassis

2 cl Organic Cassis Liqueur
4 cl Dwersteg’s Vermouth Rouge or Rosé
100 ml Soda Water

Pour vermouth and cassis over ice cubes in a tumbler, top up with soda water, and stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon zest.

XO COFFEE

2 cl Organic Aged Brandy
3 cl Organic Café Liqueur
2 tsp brown sugar
2 espressos

Heat the ingredients and dissolve the sugar. Add cream to taste, do not stir – the cocktail is drunk through the cream.

Midnight Chocolate

2 cl Dwersteg Organic Chocolate - Creme Liqueur
2 cl Dwersteg Organic Almond Liqueur
2 cl Papagayo Organic Golden Rum
Cream
Orange zest
Chocolate shavings

Pour liqueurs and rum into a cocktail glass and mix well. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh orange zest and chocolate shavings.

Latte Café

1 Espresso
4cl Dwersteg Organic Café - Creme Liqueur

Pour ingredients into a hot shot glass and top with foamed milk.

Midnight Vanilla

4 cl Organic Café Creme Liqueur
2 Espressos
2 cl Vanilla Cream
Ice Cubes

Shake liqueur and espresso with ice, then pour into a tumbler. Drizzle the vanilla cream in a star shape.
Topping: Chocolate-covered espresso beans.

Side Car

4 cl Dwersteg Aged Brandy Organic
2 cl Coeur d'Orange Orange-Liqueur Organic
2 cl fresh lemon juice

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass with sugared rim.

Ginger-Orange

3 cl Dwersteg Organic Ginger Liqueur
3 cl Coeur d'Orange Orange-Liqueur Organic
2 cl fresh lime juice

Shake ingredients and pour into a highball glass on ice cubes. Garnish with fresh lime zest.

Moscow Mule

5 cl Pax Organic Vodka
Juice of 0.5 lime
10 ice cubes
Top up with ginger beer

Garnish with lime and mint.
