5 cl Quadro Nuevo Rhubarb Aperitif
2 cl Coeur d'Orange Orange-Liqueur Organic1 cl freshly pressed lime juice
Orange peel
Shake the ingredients and pour into a highball glass on ice cubes. Decorate with fresh orange peel and coriander or mint.

MO'S GIMLET
5 cl MoGin
5 cl freshly pressed lime juice
5 cl liquid sugar (sugar
and water in a ratio of 1:1,
boil and leave to cool.)
Shake ingredients and serve over ice cubes in a champagne glass. If the ingredients are very cold, you can serve it without ice in a pre-chilled glass. Garnish with a lavender flower.

EGGNOG SHOT
2 cl Dwersteg Egg-Liqueur Organic Naturland
1 Espresso
Pour over a spoon so as to form layers. Possibly add milk froth or grated chocolate or both. If possible shortly preheat the Egg Liqueur in a dish bathed in warm water.

4 cl Aunt Anna´s
2 cl Oranic Wheat Grain
2 cl Pineapple Juice
4 cl Ice-cold Coconut Milk
Shake ingredients vigorously, serve

100 ml Tonic Water

LEMON BRUT
2 cl Limoncello Lemon Liqueur Organic
10 cl Sparkling dry white wine, Cava Brut, Prosecco oder Champagne
Serve in a champagne glass and garnish with lemon zest and mint.

ROSE BLOSSOM PUNCH
15 cl Damask Rose Blossom Liqueur
1 Bottle of sparkling dry white wine
1 Bottle of fruity white wine
Add fresh fruits such as raspberries, strawberries or white peaches.

Vermouth Cassis
2 cl Organic Cassis Liqueur
4 cl Dwersteg’s Vermouth Rouge or Rosé
100 ml Soda Water
Pour vermouth and cassis over ice cubes in a tumbler, top up with soda water, and stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon zest.

XO COFFEE
2 cl Organic Aged Brandy
3 cl Organic Café Liqueur
2 tsp brown sugar
2 espressos
Heat the ingredients and dissolve the sugar. Add cream to taste, do not stir – the cocktail is drunk through the cream.

Chocolate shavings
